Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your Sham Truck account at any time. The process is simple:

1. Send an email from the email address registered with your account to support@shamtruck.com.
2. Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
3. In the message, confirm that you want your account permanently deleted.

We will verify that the request comes from your registered address before taking any action, so requests sent from another address cannot be honored.

What happens next

• Once verified, your account is scheduled for deletion and you will no longer be able to log in or use the service.
• Your personal data is removed as described in our Privacy Policy, except for records we are required by law to retain or that are kept in anonymised form.
• Trips you completed may remain visible to the other party for their own records.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you have questions, reply to your request email and we will help.
