These terms govern your use of the Sham Truck mobile application. By creating an account you agree to them. This is a plain-language summary, not legal advice.

Accounts

• You must register with accurate information and keep it up to date.
• One account per person; do not share your credentials.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.

The service

Sham Truck is a platform that connects customers who need goods moved with independent truck drivers. Drivers are not employees or agents of Sham Truck — the carriage contract for each trip is concluded directly between the customer and the driver who accepts the request.

Requests, offers and pricing

• The app shows an estimated price range for a trip based on route distance and expected duration.
• Customers post requests; eligible nearby drivers send offers within the allowed price bounds; the customer picks one offer and the trip begins.
• Requests and offers expire automatically after a short period if no action is taken.
• Prices shown by the app are estimates, not guarantees; the accepted offer price is what both parties commit to.

Prohibited conduct

• Transporting unlawful, hazardous, or undeclared goods.
• Harassing, defrauding, or endangering other users or the public.
• Misrepresenting your identity, vehicle, or documents.
• Cancelling repeatedly without cause or otherwise abusing the platform.

We may warn, limit, suspend, or close accounts that violate these rules.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". Sham Truck is not liable for loss or damage to goods in transit beyond what applicable law requires; disputes about a completed trip are between the customer and the driver. We recommend both sides document goods condition at pickup and drop-off.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
